Let me teach you how to whip up mouthwatering dishes and reveal the secrets of Indian Cooking that I learned at my grandmother's knees, honed it over the last 15 years and carefully balanced and adapted to today's kitchen.

Take a 4 day course to immerse into and understand the nuances of Indian cooking or take a single private or group lesson in the comfort of my home kitchen. Class size, menu can be customized as needed. Try hands on cooking experience where spices are not unknown enemy but a warm friendly embrace. 

While walking through recipes, learn the health benefits of Ayurveda which is intrinsically incorporated in Indian cooking. Let's get Started!

My name is Anshu Modi

Home cooked, fresh and healthy food is an integral part of my heritage. I grew up learning how to prepare meals with love and spices while balancing the flavors and retaining the nutritional value. Deep rooted Knowledge and love of food has been passed down from one generation to next. I was fortunate enough to learn secrets of Indian cooking from 3 generations of women in my family, and honed it in my kitchen over the years to suit our present lifestyle, while remaining true to our roots and culture. Let me teach you the basics of Indian Cooking while learning how to prepare simple Indian meals. Get oriented with myriad spices, lentils, legumes and discover the knowledge of food as medicine.
